“Ed I am a true believer in your salt. I am convinced that taking a teaspoon of SOLE daily is the reason I have not had a cold in over 2 years. I have tried to test the power of the salt by drinking from the same glass as my granddaughter and wife while they had colds. I have made close contact with many people that have the flu. Normally this would have caused me to get the flu as I usually contracted the flu at least two times per season. I have never had a flu shot and I cut my intake of vitamins to a minimum. I have had the symptoms of an on coming flu, like the scratchy throat but that has always gone away in few hours. I just take a spoon full of SOLE with a little lime juice and also flush my sinus with a SOLE solution.
